“We exist to inspire youth into godliness and the work of ministry.”
We believe that there is a major responsibility on the Church today, world over to intentionally invest in young people. To disciple them, coach them and equip them to be sold out disciples of Jesus. At Pearl Haven, young people at the age of 15 years or between primary seven and senior one level of high school graduate from children’s church, and are absorbed into the Youth ministry.
Through well designed recruitment, discipleship and mentorship structures we are able to minister and inspire spiritual, physical and social transformation among the Youth. The plugin in point for the Youth is what we call the Youth Connect desk. A space in which any youth can get access to information pertaining the youth ministry, get to meet other youth and the leadership team as well as know how best they can be involved in the ministry or life of the Church. The practicality of this strategy then translates into youth cells or hurdles where discipleship and mentorship are done.
The Youth discipleship focuses on reproducing in others who can reproduce in others the likeness of Christ. To equip the saints for the work of ministry by enabling them to acquire and wisely make use of all the 5 capitals (Financial, Physical, Intellectual, Relational and Spiritual) We work through the Youth core leadership team to lead the huddles/youth cells with intentionality to mentor, Train, Equip, Lead, Reproduce and Multiply.
