Through the establishment of the School of Ministry, Living Water Ministries Uganda (LWMU) is actively bringing to fruition a crucial vision: the development of a training center to prepare Christians for ministry responsibilities.

In alignment with the principles outlined in Ephesians 4:12, which emphasizes preparing God's people for works of service, we recognize the imperative to recruit and train additional laborers for the Lord's vineyard. We adhere to the belief that behind every vision, there must be both a visionary and disciples. Our philosophy underscores the importance of every vision having its dedicated disciples.

Acknowledging that visions may extend beyond the lifespan of the vision bearer, we emphasize the necessity for leaders to train their own disciples, ensuring continuity and the complete realization of the vision. Living Water Ministries Uganda has introduced specialized training for ministers, emphasizing a commitment to locally cultivated ministry training.

While the ministers trained through this program may eventually transition to other ministries, the primary aim is to enhance the capacity of LWMU to fulfill its mandate as outlined in its overarching vision.

Our Goals

  • To ensure the continued stewardship and defense of the unadulterated Gospel, making it relevant to the present day while maintaining its simplicity by passing it on the next generation of leaders
  • To mobilize and equip workers with a view of deploying them in the ministry field

Our Objectives

  • Help trainees have a balanced understanding and application of the word of God in the process of ministry both in the church and in evangelism
  • Help trainees identify their areas of calling in ministry and develop strategies to fulfill them.
  • Involve the trainees in supervised ministry activities to enhance their ministry capacities.
  • Lead trainees through a process of character development to suit their callings and possible appointments in ministry.
