Who we are

  Living Water Ministries Uganda was founded by Pastor Wilberforce Okumu together with his wife Sarah in 1993. It was founded on the basis of John 7:38. The Okumus came to Mbale out of obedience to God’s call upon their lives as detailed below in the Vision, Mission and Goals.

Ministering the love and power of God through Jesus Christ to a rough and hurting world.

To establish a model Christian local Church and missions base; take the gospel to the un-reached people and prepare Christians for the work of ministry.

• To Preach the Message of Salvation in Uganda and through Uganda to the Nations of the world especially northward along the river Nile and around the Mediterranean Sea. 
• Mobilize and empower the Christians to participate in evangelism.
• Establish Pearl Haven Christian Center as a model church and missions base.
•  Establish a training center at Pearl Haven to prepare Christians for ministry and gainful living.
